Our Sorghum grain is not only USDA Certified organic, they are selected from regenerative farms that do not use fungicides in their production. Many organic grain farmers utilize USDA Certified Organic fungicides in the production of their grain - but Mycology Basics Sorghum see no such fungicide usage. Our grains are also triple washed, reducing endospore load and decreasing time needed to wash grains pre grain soak.
